SWEAT & REFRESH (BOOTCAMP)
Strength building, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and yoga come together in this Bootcamp style workout with a refreshing stretchy cool down. This class is for our early morning go-getters! It’s a great compliment to our Stretch & Refresh, Core Strength, and yoga offerings.
As we age, it’s more important than ever to take care of ourselves. This means challenging our muscles, building bone mass, and increasing cardiovascular endurance. We can do this in a safe, encouraging environment! We don’t yell and scream or expect you to break yourself. This is about sustainable habits for a healthy life!

All fitness levels are welcome as our instructors tailor each workout to your needs. Bring a mat, water, and tennis shoes. We like to go outside when the weather is nice!
