Slow Flow Vinyasa is one of our favorite offerings. It is structured similarly to a Vinyasa class in that it includes sun salutations and flowing from one posture to the next, but our instructors drop the tempo a little bit.  Postures might be held a little longer and you will move more mindfully from one pose to the next. Just because “slow” is in the title, do not think that means easy! Students find the Slow Flow to be every bit as challenging as vinyasa or power yoga just in a different way. This is an all-levels class, but we recommend you take at least 1-2 Fundamentals classes if you are completely new to the practice.
