In this course Kathryn leads you through a series of classes to prepare you physically and mentally for pregnancy and birth.  It is designed for the moms short on time who want to stay active.  Try combining a meditation class with a 20 minute stretch class for a well-rounded practice or if you only have five minutes, grab a light set of weights and strengthen your arms.  Do what works for you!
