Welcome: Yoga Studio FAQs & Studio Tips For New Students
New Students: 2 Classes For $29 for New Students
AS A NEW STUDENT, WHICH YOGA CLASS SHOULD I TAKE?
All of our classes are limited in size so you can expect a custom, semi-private experience. We recommend Vinyasa Fundamentals for beginners yoga and Slow Flow Vinyasa. If you have a fair amount of experience, try our Vinyasa Yoga class. Yoga classes appropriate for all levels include: Restorative, Stretch & Refresh, and Prenatal Yoga.
Currently, all classes offered in the studio are offered virtually as well, so you can practice from the comfort of your home.
Offered several times a year, we also recommend our 4 Week Beginners Series if you are brand new to yoga or coming back to your practice after a long absence. These four consecutive classes will build upon each other, so you may graduate feeling comfortable attending appropriate yoga classes.
Our yoga studio offers classes for all experience and skill levels, so if you aren’t sure, feel free to ask one of our team members.

WHAT ABOUT EATING AND DRINKING?
As with any exercise, refrain from eating two hours prior to class. You are welcome to hydrate with water as you like, but we suggest an empty bladder during class.
