Mary Kearns, PhD, RYT200, Reiki Master

Mary Kearns is a Usui Reiki Master, trained at the New York International Reiki Center and with Suchinta Abhayaratna. She holds a doctorate in developmental psychology from Fordham University, with a focus on Behavioral Health, and received her coaching certification through the Institute for Life Coach Training. Mary completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Refresh Yoga Center! She has also studied herbalism, aromatherapy, mandalas for healing, shamanism, and EFT. She was aReiki volunteer for Inova Hospital’s Life With Cancer Program and served on the advisory committee for The Center for Reiki Research. Mary is a member of the International Association of Reiki Practitioners.
Reiki is a form of subtle bio-energetic healing that is administered through light, non-invasive touch. People receiving Reiki treatments report reduced stress, pain, anxiety, and depression. Reiki can be used safely with other medical or healing treatments, and can be used to help manage the unpleasant side effects of radiation, chemotherapy, or surgery. Reiki has no known adverse effects.

Natsumi Moore, LMT

Natsumi was raised in Japan, her father was a Japanese Shiatsu Master who passed on his passion and knowledge to his only daughter.  She worked in the fitness world in Japan as a Major League Baseball Cheeleader with the Rakuten Eagles which led to a role as a Professional Dance and Fitness Instructor.  Natsumi was educated with the importance of self care, living a healthy lifestyle and fitness consciousness.  Upon retiring from Cheerleading, she sought a career where she could spread her passion for fitness as well as return to her roots of helping and healing others taught to her by her father.  She Came to the United States with her daughter to further her education.
Natsumi graduated from the Northern Virginia School of Theraputic Massage and armed with her past knowledge taught by her father she continues to improve and excel at helping others find homeostasis within themselves.
The Modalities she practices are Swedish and Deep Tissue as well as Muscle Energy Techniques.  Specializing in Trigger Point Therapy, Passive Stretch, Reflexology, Neck/Cranial pain relief and release.  She will soon be adding Prenatal massage to her repertoire.
Natsumi enjoys weight training, yoga, dancing and spending time with her daughter.
