This series is meant for new students to yoga. If you’re a beginner with a lot of questions about yoga, then this is for you. The beginner yoga series consists of four consecutive classes that build upon each other, enhance your knowledge base, and gives you confidence. You meet Monday nights with our talented instructors. For brand new students to the studio, you receive several free classes once the series concludes. If you can't commit to a series, don't worry!
