Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga in which postures are strung together in a continual flow. Students are encouraged to mindfully link their breath with each movement in order to increase focus, relaxation, and groundedness. With regular practice, students will notice an improvement in strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. If you have never taken any yoga class before, we recommend either 1-2 Fundamentals classes to learn the name of the postures and proper alignment to avoid injury. We also offer a 4- Week Beginner Series for novices or those getting back into the practice and Slow Flow classes. Our Vinyasa yoga classes are offered at least once daily. See our Class Schedule.

Refresh Yoga Center is located on the 2nd floor of 110 King in historic Old Town Alexandria, Virginia above The Creamery Ice Cream shop. We offer local yoga classes and bootcamp in Alexandria.  We also serve those from Arlington, Belle Haven, Oxon Hill, Potomac Yard, Del Ray, DC,  Fort Washington, and National Harbor, Maryland.
