Our bootcamp class is the perfect way to energize your day and jumpstart your fitness. No fancy equipment or experience is required to attend.
Bootcamp is a program designed to build strength and fitness through a combination of calisthenics, plyometrics, and cardio. You’ll be introduced to creative HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts and other training methods in a fun, supportive environment. Our quality instructors can tailor each workout to your level and to your goals.
When the weather is nice, we go outside! Meet up at the studio to take attendance and from there you’ll start your warm-up promptly at 6 AM.  By 7 AM you can check your workout off your to-do list and get on with your day. We recommend you pair your bootcamp classes with our Stretch & Refresh or other yoga classes to balance out your routine and maintain flexibility and mobility.
 Bring a mat and water. Pre-registration is recommended. Street parking is free before 8 AM!
