The Refresh yoga teacher training curriculum covers the fundamentals of yoga philosophy, teaching methods with a focus on alignment and Vinyasa sequencing, the art of adjustments, yoga anatomy, meditation and breathing, and the lifestyle and discipline of a yogi. Start with our Level 1 Certification. Take the other segments at your own pace or commit to them all now! A Level 1 OR 200 Hour Teacher Training Certificate are prerequisites for Foundations II, III, and IV. Anatomy, Philosophy, and Foundations V are open to all students and teachers.

Student must complete 20 hours of classes and 10 hours of assisting and 10 community hours (karma) in order to complete their 200 Hour certification. Classes are included in tuition. You will be sent an application form after signing up or you may complete it here at any time.
