The Refresh yoga teacher training curriculum covers the fundamentals of yoga philosophy, teaching methods with a focus on alignment and Vinyasa sequencing, the art of adjustments, yoga anatomy, meditation and breathing, and the lifestyle and discipline of a yogi. Start with our Level 1 Certification. Take the other segments at your own pace or commit to them all now! A Level 1 OR 200 Hour Teacher Training Certificate are prerequisites for Foundations II, III, and IV. Anatomy, Philosophy, and Foundations V are open to all students and teachers.
